ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Guardian Constructions Pvt Limited (the “Company”) will be held on October 25, 2023, at 11:30 AM at Registered Office, 45-Commercial Broadway Paragon City, Lahore to transact the following business:

ORDINARY BUSINESS:

1.       To confirm the minutes of the 11th Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2022.

2.       To receive, consider and adopt audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2023 together with Chairman Review, Directors’ and Auditors’ reports thereon.

3.       To approve final accounts of the company

4.       To appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2024, and to fix their remuneration. The present Auditors M/s Noman Tahir & Company, Chartered Accountants, retire and being eligible offer themselves for re-appointment.

5.       To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
