HSE TRAININGS

Training and awareness are an integral part of Company’s HSE Management System and specific certification training plays important role for Continual  Professional Development. Capacity building of HSE Engineers is required to enable them for better identification of hazards and assessment of associated risks to which Company employees are exposed at their work places especially during execution of various field activities. It is also necessary for equipping themselves with considerable knowledge and modern techniques employed for the protection of workforce.

GUARDIAN has a well-equipped training center. Different technical and soft skills trainings are being conducted on regular basis, for the Executives and Staff of Company.

Following Training modules are being conducted on regular basis.

1) Operations and Maintenance Manual of HSE

2) Achieving Zero Goal through Accident Prevention

3) Fire Fighting

4) First Aid

5) Defensive Driving

In addition to the above, different training sessions are being carried out by site HSE Engineers regarding the HSE Awareness, Emergency Drills, Ergonomics, OHS and Environment Risk Assessment, Effects of Smoking on Health and Energy Conservation etc.
